Gulbonda – A Flowerball of Personalized Gifts
Have you heard of Gulbonda? The name literally means flowerball. It's a charming website where you can buy customized products like Honalolos, diaries, fridge magnets, phone cases, and photo frames. Everything is personalized based on the pictures you provide, making each item unique and special.
I’ve had both good and not-so-great experiences with Gulbonda, so I thought I’d share them here to give you a balanced view.
The first time I ordered from Gulbonda, I chose a personalized Honalolo as a gift for a friend. It turned out to be an amazing experience. The product was exactly as promised—beautifully detailed and worth the price. It was delivered within 7 days, just as stated on the website. While the prices might seem a bit on the higher side compared to other sites, the level of detail and accuracy in the customization truly sets Gulbonda apart.
However, my second experience wasn’t as smooth. I ordered another Honalolo, again for a friend, but due to some personal reasons, I had to request a refund. According to their policy, the refund should be processed within a week. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen.
Let me be clear—Gulbonda is not a fraud website. They are genuine and provide excellent products. But their customer service needs serious improvement. I had to call them multiple times, message them on WhatsApp and Instagram, send emails, and even contact them through their website. Despite all this, I didn’t receive a proper response, and it took 20 days to finally get the refund.
This doesn't mean you should avoid the site—it means they need to scale up. As the number of customers grows, so should their support team. Handling increasing customer demands requires proper manpower and timely communication.
Have you ever purchased from Gulbonda? If yes, I’d love to hear your experience in the comments!
